MAHA - Making America Healthy Again

Published on December 16, 2024 by Rudy (Hrothulf) Moertl

The Trump appointment of Robert F. Kennedy jr. to Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) brings some much need attention to the American health epidemic. An ambitious plan to reform HHS was proposed by RFK jr. and calls for a focus on cleaning up corruption and ending chronic disease through science-based evidence.

The potential impact of RFK Jr.'s proposed health policies underscores the importance of creating a safer and more transparent food supply. Many familiar products rely on additives and preservatives that should face reform under stricter guidelines, prompting manufacturers to rethink their recipes.

These changes should improve health outcomes and foster greater trust in the food industry. While some products may disappear or look different, this shift offers an opportunity for better alternatives to emerge.
Regulation on informative food and drug labels and focus on natural ingredients could redefine the way people shop and eat. This movement represents a bold step toward a healthier food future.

Do we really not know that our health systems are dysfuncional? Will the money interests of the food, drug and health care industries prevail and end the MAHA movement through continuing money influence on policy.

We just don't know yet???????

You Are What You Eat.

It's clear that consuming sugar doesn't make one 'sweet'.
Furthermore, it's also quite clear that a diet of sugar isn't recommended for maintaining physical and mental health. The term 'sugar' is also misunderstood by many. Therefore, let's start by defining sugars in terms of their molecular structures which are known as carbohydrates."
And keep in mind that the devil has many names and the resulting confusion will point you down the wrong path.

Watch these videos so we can start with a proper defintion of sugar and a clear understanding of sugar regardless of the many names that carbohydrate(sugar) are known by.

There are some benefits to eating sugar and here is Dr. Eric Berg with this comprehensive list. Please know that the sarcasm is intentional for those not relying on evidential matter.

Please be careful about the introduced confusion from words such as "processed foods" or "added sugar". It doesn't matter how much or how little you process or add or subtract sugar it doesn't change the fact that sugar remains sugar (a carbohydrate). By the way, there is no concenses on a minimum recommended daily requirement for carbohydrates.

I trust that we must know from where we came before we know where we are going. Our very distant past and our rise to the top of the food chain documents the most recent archaeological discoveries in the 2024 book publication titled "They Where Here Before Us".

Jessica Thompson PhD (Yale University Assistant Professor of Anthropology) also provides a compelling lecture on "Fat of the land: What ancient bones tell us about the origin of the human diet " in this video.

And Dr. Michael Eades joins in with a discussion on 'Paleopathology and the Origins of the Low-carb Diet'. Please note that Dr. Eades also includes an examination of the ill effects and havoc of a High-carb Diet on the health of the ancient Epytian civilization in this lecture.

We have discussed carbohydrates and I believe we have a good understanding of that "food" element. Let us now change gears and move on to the fat "food" elements know as "vegetable" oils or more precisely called seed oils. This video provides an exellent overview of these poisons that permeate and are hidden in most prepared foods served daily as a part of the Standard American Diet (SAD) and spreading to all parts of the globe..
